KP Property launch another project 288 residence just next to the recent launch 222 residence. another developer worry the government will set limit of bank loan. So even 222 residence haven;t finish sold out already start to launch the new condo, some more this condo just next to it. Will it blocking the view of 222 residence when the buyer bought it on june. If the previous buyer know the 288 residence is ok but of don;t know will they regret to but 222 residence.

  1. not sure about the iproperty advert, but i think they have limited small-sized units at 288R.
    price from less than RM300k. maybe 800+sf. very limited, probably booked by associates/directors etc.

  4. Direct competitor to uoa’s Setapak Green which has unobstructed klcc views. Heard 288 provides only 1 car park while SG got 2?

    KUALA LUMPUR: KP Property Sdn Bhd’s latest project, 288 Residency in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, has seen a 52% take-up rate over three days.

    The developer soft-launched the serviced apartment project on Sunday, Oct 17.

    The project was opened for sale following the success of the developer’s maiden project, 222 Residency, also located in Setapak, said a company official.

    222 Residency has been 90% sold since it was launched in August this year. KP Property Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of construction group Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPSB).

    222 Residency comprises a 28-storey tower with a total of 222 serviced apartments on a freehold tract. Built-ups for the units are between 861 sq ft and 1,203 sq ft, with prices tagged from RM280,000. Its expected completion is June 2013.

    Meanwhile, 288 Residency comprises 288 units within a 29-storey tower on a freehold tract. The standard unit size is 1,408 sq ft, with an average price of RM488,000.

    The contractor-turned-developer had previously worked on projects by developers such as SP Setia Bhd, IOI Group, AP Land, UM Land and Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd.
