  2. sorry. for serviced apt/etc, i think price will be above rm350-450psf if go for small size units.

  3. the developer is titijaya, a well know developer is SS 16.

  4. i checked the pre launch price for sofo unit. RM 500 plus persqaure feet.

  6. Really need to know the potential of this area..any ideas?..but the layout looks quite impressive..its leasehold(96yrs)….hope someone can shed light on this…

  7. try to search more projects surrounding 3 elements, there are few high-rise projects coming up and some were called off due to poor response :-
    1) Malton – http://www.malton.com.my/project/futureprojects.html , cons – shops are not vitality….not sure still on or not.
    2) Trinity – http://www.theedgeproperty.com/news-a-views/9541-trinity-group-enters-jv-for-seri-kembangan-mixed-development.html , it could be the land opposite Jusco/Petronas. Good potential and price sure above RM400psf!
    3) The Atmosphere – http://www.theatmosphere.com.my/ , spoken to them last time, there has SOHO, but no news until today and could be called off.
    4) O2 City (next to Puchong gateway) – Going to launch low den Serviced Apt in yr 2012. High price at RM500-600psf for green building. Mix developmemnt with Retail malls, residential, offices and hotel.
    5) Equine Park – http://www.equine.com.my/taman_equine.html , Called off previous condo plan.
    6) TTDI Dualis – http://www.nazattdi.com/V3/prj_TTDIDualis.html , called off the serviced apartment and changed to boutique office.

    Nowadays, condo/apt price is not cheap! 🙁
