The new link road to Bandar Kinrara 9 going to open soon. So need to exit on Sirim there.

The selling price is RM 630,000. The price will be increase soonest because of the development there is increasing. In front of PAragon height the golf course is building all the Bungalow. The nmixed development is lauching in Bandar Kinrara 9 call Zest Kinrara . The shop house is constructing just next to Giant supermarket and the opposite Giant the LRT station already approve to build over there.

    Soon the road will be fully open.

  7. Hi.. the last time I heard is that the new link road to BK9 will be sealed as Bk9 wouldn’t want to share the same access road with Paragon and Pangsapuri Rakyat in order to keep the exclusitivity for BK9 residence.. Herm.. dunno how true is that..

  8. Don’t know true or not, but i think they have no power to terminate the access. If they do so, paragon owner can request to open it.

  9. Oic.. well, I think the road belongs to BK enclave.. not to mention, BK9 is in Selangor while Paragon n Kondo Rakyat are on KL land.. Because of different enclave and different developer, the developer may want to seal the road to preserve the exclusitivity of BK9. Currently Paragon has an existing access road sharing with puncak jalil..

  10. In different garden they also invlove different developer. I think road is build for more convenient. developer got not right to block the road. Except the road is private owner, if not the road actually is belong to gonverment. Some of the BK9 owner also using the Sirim road go back to their house. I don’t know why but i thing got more option of access road better than one . In case anything happen to the main road, owner still can use sirim road going back. It is very popular the main road always jam during peaks hour.

  11. There is a great news of infront of Bomba will make a traffic light for U turn to kl. At least no need pass through the bandar kinrara traffic light. However it is sure the main road will be very jam after putting the traffic light.

  12. pass by the road yesterday, saw near the bomba entrance there the traffic light already install. it should be activate this few weeks.

  13. BK 9 passby road already terminated. however the bomba new road will be open soon. Is more convenient then using BK9. Is much more easier to going back to Sri petaling. Hope it will implement soon.

  16. May i know what is the current selling price of an inter-mediate Paragon Heights link house (Ph 2)?

  17. On iproperty.com.my the price is around RM 585,000. For me I am thinking is too low, the price should be RM 600,000 and above.

  20. This price is very good, especially since this place is gated. Esplanad already going for RM780k and Jalil Sutera already RM760k. Kinrara BK9 2-storey already asking RM490k. I’ve seen the workmanship for all and finishing and materials in Paragon Heights is more impressive. For a RM200k difference, this is a very good buy.. moreover, now with the traffic lights to go across the road on Puchong-Sg Besi highway opened, access to Sri Petaling, Seremban highway, Old Klang Road is much better. Also, heard that the new LRT station will be in BK9, just on the foothill of Paragon…

    However, do you know when the flyover to Jalil Sutera area would be built?

  21. Do you planning to buy? No idea, is depend on dbkl. DBKL say waiting for Talam to contribute. So not sure when the flyover will built but at least we can use the traffic light. However opposite the SIRIM I believe will be construct something. It could be the ho hup new project mixed development. But again not sure have to wait how long.

  22. i have not decided but have been looking at the properties around the vicinity.. the properties here is very tempting due to the price which has not appreciated much yet.

  23. actually the price already appreciate, there are phase 1 and 2. Phase 1 when launching the price is RM 450,000 and phase 2 is $M 488,000. Phase 2 the furnish is upgraded. Now the owner selling for RM 585,000 if deduct the bank interest still earn estimate RM 100,000. I believe the price will still appreciate if market getting better next year.

  32. mah sing kinrara 2 1/2 storey selling rm 808,000 and 3 storey rm 888,000. The sub sales price for paragon height should be rm 800,000 and above.

  39. Since my post above, I bought Paragon Heights Ph 2 for RM560k in 3Q 2009 as I managed to squeeze the seller a bit. It was a really good decision as the houses here are now going for above RM800k. I’ve since then, renovated my house and have moved in, it is a serene surrounding and very safe, can come out jogging or cycling in the night without worrying on security as it is well secured on elevated land with retainer walls and high fences.

  41. I believe it is in the region of RM850k. The houses in Road 4 are probably slightly cheaper as they are to the back or facing the flats.

    It also depends on whether houses are Phase 1 or 2 because Phase 2 houses have got better finishes.
