Look at the exterior design is nice and the show room is fastastic interior. May be i will follow the design in my new house. You are not neccessary to buy the house but refer to the design. Locate near to ampang point shopping center, gleneagles medical center, even to klcc only 10 minutes distance if no jam. Quite a good place but is RM 316 per sqf. However if you compare the Jalan Ampang here is much more lower price. IF compare to KLCC area, totally cannot compare . KLCC area price is around RM 1,000 per sqf above. Block A already fully sold and now only remaining of Block B units. Is also quite near to Ampang LRT Station.

    i’ve been to the show unit like a month ago..interested in studio at 1st.. the ID of the show unit is really nice.. i also want to furnish like that, but it think it costs around RM30k!!..
    the cheapest for studio at that time is RM200k (low-level unit.. it’s leasehold.. part of korean village there..
    then decided not to invest cos there’s no studio there to forecast rental.. koreans are family-oriented, so need space for children.. plus the block a price for studio was only RM150k before, may limit cap appreciation..
    i might regret it.. sigh..

  4. not really shop lot, you know some apartment below got shop lot. It is because UEMLand will built a medium cost apartment opposite UM and 2000 units. So below i believe should have some shop lot to sell on ground floor. My budget not more than RM 300,000. Even can open a convenient store.
