Another condo in bukit jalil and start to register. The building just next to Savanna 2. Still not sure the price but look at the design will not lower than RM 300,000. There are some info from their web site.

    2. Not sure may be is sold one blok, there are three blok in total. Like the same case of savanna sold one blok to korea and the remaining can sell higher price.

    3. I just call the berjaya office, they told me that due to the econonice crisis, the korean sold back some to Berjaya. Now Berjaya are measuring how much they plan to sell, but very pricey, around RM400k.

      Can anyone tell this is over-priced? As far as i know, this would be the most expensive condo in Bukit Jalil. Furthermore it is not furnished.

    4. thanks NLH for provide the useful info. RM 400K definately is costly. Savanna is completed and the price now some willing to sell at RM 360,000 for 1212 sqf. If plan to buy covillea why not now buy the completed savanna. If they wanted to sell RM 400,000 of course need to give some promotion for example 10% discount and contruction 0% interest fees. If the price start at RM 360,000 is more reasonable. However the traffic is really bad now, i think berjaya also need to enhance the traffic road there before launching all this condo. Berjaya still have many high end condo in bukit jalil going to launch.

      i realised saville at jalan klang lama with this range of price is not yet sold out.

    6. Yes Saville still have limited unit. The location is good buy may be some one will buy inside the taman desa rather than the property on may road.

    7. I just brough 1 unit during last Jun 09. I consider buying this unit after long survey in KL, the possitive points are:
      – near by amenties / food junction
      – near by central market
      – near by international schools (golbal indian international schoool, vikas international school – just 100m away, one more international school at seputeh – which is near by too)
      – near by KL central (bus / train hub, to go airport say 5 min to KL central, 28 min from KL central to KLIA, so within 35 min can reach KLIA)
      – acceable to any high-ways (to go anywhere this mid-valley is the best location – KL / PJ / Damansara / Cheras) it is easy to go anywhere
      – free hold property
      – Mid-valley is there, can reach by walk or drive with 5 – 10 min (so shopping and rail network – no problem)
      – Seputeh railway station by 5 min walk
      – by 200m distance ministry of education building a 10 story service apartment for high school teachers / professors (i heard high-end development), so soon this area will be much developed and available with all kind of access / etc. planned park around the river valley (soon weill get park)
      – approx. 50% of buyes are expates!!!

      Negative points:
      – beside of road (so bit noicy / dust), however i noticed that vehicles in old klang road is less than other roads around there.

      so after giving long-thought, i decided to buy this unit and got one.

    8. Hi rahul, I think you are wrong post, you mention the property is Saville Residence near to mid valley. Covillea is in bukit jalil, two different projects.

    11. i got the invitation. 21st nov for registrants & 22nd nov for public. price starts at RM370k++ after bumi disc. too expensive IMO.

THEY DO BERJAYA CONNED ALOT OF buyer b4. like savanna case..suddenly Savanna2 join to share the gym,toilet,swimming pools, .Ask Berjaya in the Meeting. That manager Stella Ong answered YOU GUYS NEVER ASK .SO WE NEVER TELL U ..!!!!!
