Pretty good I think. Near city. Still relatively cheap. Right next to Koreantown so got good retal opportunities. Yield should be decent coz of low price. But you should check it out yourself at showhouse
Surrounding was well established township, no need to wait for further development in the area. Location is very strategic plus nearby lack of this type of condo. It’s a good choice for young family who working in downtown.
