Another new phase will launching soon, gardenz one south just next to parc one south. Same developer Hua Yang but different building. All facility will be separate, this is the beauty of the project. However the price might be a bit high, the price could be calling rm 380 per sqf.

    eg. G residence, Residence 8, Seringin and etc..

  9. you can;t compare like this, G residence when launch if not mistaken is around rm 300++ per sqf. The arte and another next to kuchai avenue will be launch soon the price estimate will be rm600 per sqf. The price is increase like crazy now, you either make decision fast or wait until 3 years the economic crisis then only buy it. However that time if economic crisis, the salary may be need to cut of. Inflation will be increase and so many problem will happen. That time definitely no money to buy property if the property price is cheaper than now.

    Newly launch 8 residence got many unit to choose.
    So do others launch around Old Klang Road.
    This location are better.
    Is time to grab one.

  16. the beginning of the year the sanderson launching price start from rm 260 then up to rm300 psf. So rm 335 per sqf still accetaple. The only difference is the sanderson is freehold.

    The nearby area sri petaling bukit jalil all new property already more than rm 400 per sqf. The endah promenade sub sale price rm 400++ per sqf. If you can’t afford to buy that one so one south is the optional. The serdang area got many university. Like UPM, APIIT and future a UK hospital university will be in serdang as well. The near by condo like eask lake and fortune park the rental around rm 1800 to rm 2500. So if your loan monthly only rm 1800 then can go for invest it.

  17. The Sanderson with the whole concept is still better bet than this Garden One South.

    Anyone know any The Sanderson condo unit left over?

    SELANGOR: The launch of Gardenz@One South by Hua Yang Bhd was met with enthusiastic response as all 181 units were fully booked within two days.

    The development, which has a gross development value of RM160 million, is the first serviced apartment in the Seri Kembangan area. Its built-ups range between 1,020 sq ft and 1,220 sq ft and are priced at an average of RM380psf.

    “Gardenz@One South will be a signature serviced apartment in the Seri Kembangan area, as it’s the first to feature a waterfall concept, which can be seen from Persiaran Serdang Perdana,” said Loh Chin Hong, Hua Yang sales & marketing manager in a press release on Tuesday, Aug 9.

    The buyers are mostly upgraders, young professionals and young families, from surrounding areas such as Seri Kembangan, Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling, Puchong, Putrajaya, Subang and Shah Alam.

    Boasting more than 30 lifestyle facilities spread across two floors, residents will get to enjoy an infinity edge lap pool, wading pool, floating timber deck at the pool area, Jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, gymnasium, jogging track, squash courts, basketball court, floating indoor badminton courts, table tennis and a snooker room.

    “Buyers were impressed with the full facilities, ample space and the unique garden concept,” said Loh.

    Due to the encouraging response, the developer has opened the last block (Block B) for sale with a down payment offer of as low as RM1,000 to secure a unit.

    The RM840 million One South is Hua Yang’s largest project in the Klang Valley. Spread over 16.7 acres of land, it comprises shop offices, serviced apartments, SoHo units and office towers.

  27. what type the tenure? is it leasehold or freehold? if leasehold, expiry is when?

  28. its a leasehold..already 83 years left but now under application to extends back to 99 years from time we passing keys.
