Glomac Bhd recently soft-launched its shop offices at its latest development, Glomac Utama, in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Comprising 55 units, the shop offices will feature a modern office concept with full glass windows and wide frontage of 25 ft.
The units are priced between RM1.4 million and RM2.7 million while the built-ups will range from 1,755 sq ft to 3,175 sq ft, Glomac said in a statement yesterday. Each enbloc unit comes with strata titles and two carparks.
Purchasers will also get to enjoy special packages that are offered such as a RM30,000 early-bird discount given for the first 20 units of shop offices sold while legal fees for the sales and purchase agreements will be borne by the developer.
The shop office component is part of Phase 1 of Glomac Utama mixed development project, which is estimated to have a gross development value of RM400 million. The other component under Phase 1 is a 30-storey block consisting of 344 units of serviced apartments.
Glomac Utama is sited on a 7.62 acre land near established upmarket neighbourhood of Bandar Utama.
The serviced apartments is tentatively scheduled to be launched at the end of the year. Priced from RM650,000 onwards, the developer will offer four different layout types and sizes with built-ups ranging from 1,169 sq ft to 1,662 sq ft to suit discerning buyers.
Designed with a modern tropical concept, the serviced apartment will come with a wide lobby entrance and double volume ceiling spaces.
The range of facilities to be provided include a swimming pool, sky light, children’s playground, clubhouse and multipurpose hall and tennis courts.
