Kasturi Idaman

Selling price start from RM 205,000. How come the price is so expensive for medium cost apartment. I think because it is locate near Segi in Kota damansara and help new campus in subang 2. However the distance is not so near, you might need a transport only able to reach these two campus. I am not sure how good for investment return. But it locate near the main road, and this road now is expanding. If the price start from RM 160,000 is better.

  1. it’s surrounded by old flats, so it doesn’t have good environment around it. and i think normally pkns properties don’t appreciate that much. i dun have any evidence to back my opinion though.
    and, i’m quite dissapointed that pkns properties nowadays are quite expensive as well e.g. banjaria court and kasturi idaman.

  2. yes agree, if the price RM 150,000 still can be consider. I think because of Kota Damansara the property price already increase and they hope expect to sell high price. Same to Subang 2 or subang bestari the terrace house also very expensive. I think is because of Help Campus, but help campus itself already can occupy 13,000 hostel. So advice don;t buy the property near by more than RM 200,000 and rent to them. Of course you might say Help hostel may be expensive, but again the price can be adjust by them. 13,000 hostel is a lot, i don;t think the help campus in subang 2 will more than 20,000 students.

  3. 2011 has changed the landscape for Kota Damansara. Kasturi Idaman has turn out to be good potential for investment if the following plan can be materialised:-
    i) proposed MRT route (Sg Buloh-Kajang) & MRT station ‘Kota Damansara’ opposite main road of PKNS Seksyen 8 sales office
    ii) Development of RRI land under RMK10.
