Pacific Place @ Ara Damansara


I was a bit too late posting this condo. Already BBB mode and the price already increase RM 50,000 for the first launch. Now the price is RM 350 after discount. Some info as below:

1) serviced apt w/ 3 floors of shop
2) shopping mall
3) college (Not sure want college will be in)

Currently developer is giving away 10% disc. So, for those who can qualify for 90% loan will get 100% loan!!

Serviced Apartment:
– 6 blocks
– 15 storeys, 3 for shop, the rest aprt
– 15 units per floor, with 3 lifts
– 2 room 864 sf 10 units from rm325k,
3 room 1042sf 2 units from rm400k
3 room+1 duel key 1325sf 2 units rm505k
3 room+1 duel key 1257sf 2 units rm485k
(duel key means 2 units within 1! You open a door, there are 2 more doors to 2 diff units!! so it is basically a 2bedroom + studio)

The project is leasehold but unconfirm the college. However if the college really there the property still good for invest as ara damansara all the property already increasing. Sime darby is the biggest developer there and it will develop more high end property there. New lrt station is a extra benefit for the property.

  2. no daniel, RM 325k is too high commiment to me.May be i can’t borrow loan as well. I am looking for around RM 200,000++.

  4. don’t aim for high end. Casa Lumayan the price should be RM 250,000 ++. Like damansara avenue 600sqf selling RM 400 psf. So only RM 240,000. I like the damansara avenue masterplan. If manage to get the first phase the rest of the block must be appreciate a lot.

    Hi ALL, The Price for PACIFIC PLACE Residence is now RM405 – RM415 psf.

    Therefore the smallest unit 864sf is now 350k.

  6. I am interested in that Damansara Avenue also…I mean the concept from its nasterplan looks attractive.
    But who told you 400psf? I have checked it out from them then they are not telling me anything about the price yet instead they said will launch the office block at 4++psf.
    what will be the rental of 600sf in Sri Damansara comparing to the Dperdana now? it is almost the same price tagged for the Empire Damansara and if so then the demand is better than Damansara Avenue

  7. Is told by the guy when i call, but he mention just extimated not confirm yet. Empire Damasara is the price still 400psf, i thought already increase but not sure how much. Of course location wise Empire damansara is better than Damansara Avenue. However the accessory and environment damansara avenue is better because more green. IF all the phase completed the value will be increase. More profit of goes will go to the first phase buyer.
