Mah Sing To Develop The Meridin@Medini In Second Half Of 2013
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 18 (Bernama) — Mah Sing Group Bhd will develop a purpose built development, The Meridin@Medini in Medini, Iskandar Malaysia in the second half of 2013 with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.1 billion.

The development, which comprises Meridin Suites Residences, Meridin Linx small office versatile offices, Meridin Walk lifestyle retail and Meridin Exchange corporate towers, is expected to be completed within five years.

Mah Sing group managing director/group chief executive Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the first phase of the project, Meridian Suites will offer residences from 500 sq ft with prices starting from RM288,000.

He was speaking to reporters after the signing ceremony of lease purchase agreement between the property developer and Iskandar Investment Bhd (IIB) today.

The agreement consisted of a 99-year purchase deal for 8.19 acres of prime development land in Zone A, Medini.
