  2. rohaniah, it’s not greenwood area. to be specific, it’s in taman bulion mewah near kg batu muda. it’s about 1km to the 1Sentul condo.
    for 2-storey terraced house in tmn bulion mewah, the price is already reaching rm500k for the last phase.
    i went to panorama res show unit back in Aug’09, they said maybe launching in Dec09. now i think they already bring it fwd to Feb’10. the price they mentioned b4 is about rm250k b4 disc.
    Pros:
    -specs are good: porcelain tiles, laminated timber wood for all rooms, free kitchen cabinet
    -access is ok: near mrr2, duke. but the small main road is congested during morning rush hour
    -freehold

    Cons:
    -no lrt nearby, only bus; nearest is sentul timur lrt stn
    -only 2 small private colleges nearby
    -rental rate is around rm1k for terrace hse. not enough IMO.

  5. Hye, i just found the area around this year but its still not open for registration. Just wonder why there hold the launch for such a long time. Is it this problem occur coz the pemaju is not strong in financing??

    Layout is very practical with good finishes. I bring my colleagues to the showgallery this weekend. :)

  10. I also book for 1 unit, applying loan now, price: 422k. Feel that the price too expensive. Notice there are another one project at batu caves ,amara boulevard , price not more than 300k
