  3. The earlier bird buyer may be more worth it cost only rm 190,000. Now after discount still cost RM 275,000. 30 years loan every month still need to afford RM 1160. So how much we can rent to student. Fully furnish i think MSU student may be can afford rm 1,500 (maximum share with 6 people). Yes you can cover the bank loan but need to wait 30 years. Unless you can buy the unit in cash.

  13. Has anyone who bought this condo been offered intoducer fee by the developer? Have you recieve yet?

  14. I was too busy saying bad intention about this & other condo leasehold, expensive, lousy finishing & all negative comments. My friend buy 1unit at 202k, now seeing those condo near subang/shah alam area all is 400-500k now. I really regreat & hope others don’t follow my step. His unit can sell at 350k as we speak now, once finish it would hike again. People who gave negative comments = people who don’t have money.

  15. Just went to their office recently and they say they are not giving out the introducer fee anymore…so whoever still havent receive, probably wont ever receive la..but they give me a contact name & address to write an appeal letter..

  16. How about the RM1K deposit that is going to refund to us? I haven’t receive any deposit refund yet. Any idea? Thanks.

    The introducer fee still owe. I think I want to take this matter to the tribunal.
